Our Process
Step 1: Programming
We establish the brief for the project. This begins with a design consultation to better understand your needs and expectations. This is our opportunity to get to know you so we can tailor our design to your aspirations and needs. At this stage we determine the scope of work.
Step 2: Schematic Design
We start to develop the design direction and explore finishes and materials that best meet the brief and the budget. We use image boards to convey ideas. We provide preliminary plans and elevations.
Step 3: Design Development
Once you have had the opportunity to give your feedback, final plans and elevations are drawn up. 3D visuals are available if needed. We allow two revisions to allow suitable opportunity for feedback.
Step 4: Contract Documentation
A comprehensive set of construction plans are prepared to ensure all specifications and final adjustments are made at this stage.
Step 5: Contract Administration
Our team will ensure that all sub-trades are working to a high standard. We will oversee and manage the installation of all products with attention to detail to ensure the design is brought to fruition. This a critical stage of the project and where all the planning becomes evident.
Step 6: Closeout
Upon completion we ensure all works completed have met your expectations.
